二甲基二硫作为土壤熏蒸剂的效果评价

【摘要】 采用室内生物测定及田间试验方法来测定二甲基二硫(dimethyl disulfide,简称DMDS)对土传病原菌和根结线虫的生物活性及田间应用效果,探索DMDS作为溴甲烷替代品的可行性。室内生物测定结果显示:DMDS对土壤中的线虫和镰刀菌的LC50值分别为5.3535、3.7517mg/kg;对马唐和苘麻的LC50值分别为10.1147、17.1740mg/kg。可见DMDS对土传线虫、真菌及杂草有很好的活性。田间药效试验表明:DMDS80g/m^2与溴甲烷50g/m^2质量浓度处理对土壤中线虫、病原真菌的防治效果之间无显著性差异。DMDS通过注射或滴灌方法施用,对土传病原微生物的防效之间无显著性差异。初步结果表明:DMDS可以作为一种替代溴甲烷的土壤熏蒸剂使用。 The efficacy of Dimethyl disulfide(DMDS) as a potential alternatives to methyl bromide to control nematode, soilborne pathogens and weed was evaluated in a laboratory and the trials. The laboratory dose-response study showed that DMDS the LC50 of Meloidogyne spp., Fusarium spp., Digitaria sanguinalis (L.)Scop, Abutilon theophrasti Medicus were 5.3535, 3.7517, 10.1147 and 17.1740 mg/kg, respectively. The results showed that DMDS had good bioactivity to control nematodes, soil-borne pathogens and weeds. The results of field trials showed that the efficacy applied DMDS at the dose of 80 g/m^2 was similar to that obtained from methyl bromide(MB) at the rate of 50 g/m^2. DMDS either injection or drip irrigation application could get the same efficacy for the control of nematodes and fungi. So, DMDS is one of the potential alternatives to methyl bromide for soil fumigation.
